(WJW) – A lucky Powerball ticket purchased in southwest Ohio is worth $1 million, according to Ohio Lottery documents.
The ticket matched every number correctly – except the Powerball – in the Wednesday, Aug. 5 drawing.
Powerball fever has been heating up lately as the jackpot grows to historic heights.
No one was fortunate enough to win the jackpot on Wednesday, meaning the jackpot continues to roll and has now reached an estimated $856 million ($372 million cash value.)
In Wednesday’s drawing, the $1 million ticket was the largest prize won, according to documents.
The ticket was purchased at a Speedway gas station in Mason, Ohio, according to officials.
Ohio also sold a ticket worth $50,000, according to documents.
The winning numbers on Monday were: 14-20-59-60-61 +25.
