Amazon to Offer GLP-1 Weight-Loss Drugs to Medicare Part D Patients
Novo Nordisk’s Wegovy and Eli Lilly’s Zepbound and Foundayo will be available at a cost of $50 a month

Amazon AMZN-0.14%decrease; down pointing triangle.com said patients with Medicare Part D prescription plans now have access to certain GLP-1 weight-loss medications through Amazon Pharmacy.
Oral and injectable versions of Novo Nordisk’s NOVO.B-0.24%decrease; down pointing triangle Wegovy and Eli Lilly’s LLY1.89%increase; up pointing triangle Zepbound KwikPen and Foundayo pills will be available and cost $50 a month with free home delivery, Amazon said. It’s offering same-day delivery in more than 3,100 U.S. locations, and no Prime membership is required, the company added.
