Business Insider reported on Oct. 27, 2026 that NetBox Labs and NEYON AI have entered a strategic partnership. The deal lets NEYON AI customers embed NetBox Labs’ infrastructure‑intelligence platform into the AI factories NEYON builds and operates, promising faster “time to first token.”
NEYON AI offers an end‑to‑end software suite and physical execution layer that handles AI‑factory deployment from rack‑level bring‑up to daily operations. Because AI factories are being erected faster than manual processes can keep up, the partnership emphasizes an authoritative system of record to map both current and intended configurations.
Tamanna Sait, CEO and co‑founder of NEYON AI, said the biggest hurdle is converting space, power and hardware into capacity that serves its first token quickly and stays productive. She added that automation “breaks in the gap” between reality and design, and that NetBox provides a trusted record to validate every automated change.
NetBox Labs CEO and co‑founder Kris Beevers echoed the urgency, noting that some operators now deploy more AI infrastructure in a quarter than most enterprises do in a decade. He highlighted that a single mis‑configuration can shut down an entire AI factory, underscoring the need for a single source of truth.
The NetBox platform, already supporting 90 % of the world’s top neoclouds such as CoreWeave and TensorWave, is now available through NEYON as part of its solution suite. Interested teams can contact sales@neyon.ai or visit the NetBox Labs website for a free start.
NetBox Labs, the commercial steward of the open‑source NetBox system of record used by more than 10,000 organizations, powers environments at Arm, J.P. Morgan Chase, Riot Games, and Kaiser Pres natie, among others. Backed by investors including NGP, Notable Capital, IBM and Two Sigma, the company streamlines procurement, modeling, deployment and management for both humans and agents.
Why it matters: The integration gives AI‑factory operators a proven data‑center foundation, reducing build‑out time and improving reliability for high‑performance workloads.
